Monica Portugues Frangoul is proud to have graduated with both a B.A in Performing Arts and Social Justice, with a concentration in dance, and a M.A in Teaching Reading with a bilingual certification in Spanish to be a 1st-grade bilingual elementary school teacher. Dancing since she was four, Monica understands the importance of expressing oneself through art and hopes to incorporate the performing arts and visual arts in her future classroom to help students find their voice and gain a better understanding of the curriculum.
