Words from the Artist:

I started writing poetry (seriously) as a mental health exercise, even if I didn't have the words for it yet. Writing is my way of organizing my thoughts, and the world. Lady Macb is a mixture of my love for theatre and my love for poetry, both of which have aided my mental health tremendously through the years. It's also one of the first times I officially named the feelings that my OCD can invoke.
